How does the Meal Tracker work?
This tool allows you to track the foods you consume throughout the day to estimate your total intake of calories and macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, fats).
Select the meal type (Breakfast, Lunch, etc.), choose a food from the list, enter the quantity consumed (in grams or ml), then click 'Add to meal'. You will see a summary of your intake as you go.
